Refund Policy

Try Sprout for 30 days. If it's not for you, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.

The 30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to actually feel the difference. If you're not happy with Sprout for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll give you a full refund. You don't need to justify it.

How to request a refund

Email hello@sproutposture.app from the address you bought with, and include your license key or Paddle order/receipt number. We'll confirm and process it.

How refunds are processed

Purchases are handled by Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record, so your refund is issued through Paddle back to your original payment method. It typically takes a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. Once a refund is issued, the associated license key is deactivated.

Beyond 30 days

After 30 days we generally don't offer refunds, but if something's genuinely wrong — the app won't run, or you've hit a problem we can't fix — email us anyway and we'll do right by you.
